Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FastPay Global (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of services
FastPay Global provides payment infrastructure and software tools, including hosted checkout pages, payment links, APIs and SDKs, SMS-based transaction verification through a paired Android device, webhook notifications, integrations with third-party payment and crypto gateways, merchant dashboards, storefronts, and reporting.
FastPay Global is a technology provider. We are not a bank, licensed payment institution, money transmitter, or regulated financial institution, and we do not provide banking, lending, custody, investment or money-transmission services. Funds movement is performed by the third-party providers and financial institutions you choose to connect.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current account and business information.
- Comply with all laws, regulations and third-party provider rules that apply to your business and transactions.
- Be solely responsible for the goods or services you sell, your pricing, tax obligations, customer communications, refunds and disputes.
- Publish your own terms, refund policy and privacy notice to your customers where required.
4. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, enabling available security features such as two-factor authentication, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@fastpayglobal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. API keys and credentials
API keys, webhook secrets, device pairing codes and any third-party gateway credentials you store on the platform are confidential. Do not embed secret keys in client-side code, public repositories or distributed applications. Rotate or revoke keys immediately if they may have been exposed. You are responsible for requests made with your keys.
6. Prohibited activities
- Illegal goods or services, or transactions prohibited by applicable law.
- Activity prohibited by a connected provider’s acceptable-use or prohibited-business rules.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, load testing without permission, circumventing rate limits or security controls, or interfering with platform integrity.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without our written permission.
- Uploading malware or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account.
7. Fraud, abuse and unlawful transactions
You must not use the service to commit or facilitate fraud, submit falsified payment confirmations, manipulate transaction verification, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or process transactions on behalf of an undisclosed third party. We may investigate suspicious activity, apply risk controls, hold or block transactions, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
8. Fees
Fees depend on the plan you select and any additional usage, and are shown before you purchase. Third-party providers may charge their own separate fees, which are not controlled by us. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
9. Refunds
Platform subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Refunds to your customers for transactions processed through the platform are your responsibility and are handled under the rules of the payment provider used for that transaction.
10. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures or events beyond our control may interrupt the service.
11. Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services such as payment gateways, crypto networks, cloud hosting, email delivery and Google services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, fees, or decisions to suspend or decline transactions.
12. Intellectual property
FastPay Global retains all rights in the FastPay Global brand, software, documentation and platform content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of your own content and business data, and grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, risk to the platform or other users, non-payment, or where required by law or by a provider. Where practical we will give notice. You may stop using the service or request account closure at any time; see the account deletion section of our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPay Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastPay Global and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the service, your content or products, your customers’ disputes, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Bangladesh, unless mandatory local law grants you rights in another forum.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
